So, I'm thinking of organizing an SCA/Markland faire for April and the first two weekends of May 2006. I can't think of any faires that would conflict with it. The location would likely be North Jersey, near route 80. Anyone interested in attending/vending? Kid/mundane-friendly items are always a good idea, as are art prints, jewelry, leatherwork, and all sorts of A&S work. Entertainers and cooks would also be needed.

This is the first notice anyone in the Circle would have of it either---sound like something we'd like to talk about at a meeting?

Craig definitely must be given a say in everything as he's done a lot of the brainstorming with me and would be a major part of the organizing of the event.

This is all part of a master scheme...

Well, that depends. It's a good idea to have a "kid zone" at a Faire, so there will most likely be a fairyland that you could wear your ears in...I don't know how your sales would be in there, but you could put your ears on and visit if you needed a fix and had someone to run your booth for you.
