In the interest of giving myself something to do late at night since I seem to have stopped sleeping, reply to this post or any related one if you want me to say three things about you. I will try to be as honest and nice as possible, but I make no promises.

If your right arm goes numb, that's some crappiness other than a heart attack, right? Cause heart attack is left arm pain, isn't it? I think it's just from the tension I build up being hunched over a desk and proofreading all day, but reassurance would be nice.

God I need a backrub. Ow.

May I suggest visualizing me giving you a backrub? And vice versa, because I also need one.

You know me, the attention whore that I am...I got 5 minutes until I go to class. Say something...not so much about me. I'm not expecting that. Makes me seem too self-involved. Say something about the dryer running. Or about your previous entries. Or ask me to say something about what I'm doing or about to do either today or tomorrow or Saturday or Sunday...

Oh yeah, did you check out my work? I did some new stuff and I gave you the link to my DeviantArt account to show you.

Heart attack pain is always on the left side, unless you're a Gallifreyan or something. If your right arm is going numb, chances are good that either your posture or something you're leaning against is putting pressure on a nerve.

Hey there! Long time no see. Hope you're feeling better today. Me thinks you're way too young to have a heart attack, but you probably already knew that.

You can say 3 things about me if you want :)

If you want to get your sleeping pattern back on track, you should do what I do. Buy yourself some Tylenol Simply Sleep. Lets say you want to fall asleep at 10:00PM. Take one pill at around 8:00 (the directions say to take two, but this'll reduce next-day grogginess). You'll start to feel really tired around like 9:00. Fight it tooth-and-nail until 10:00. Basically you're using reverse psychology on your body. When you 'try' to get to sleep, that's when its hardest to do so. The opposite thing works, trust me!

This will basically force your body back into a routine where it wants to go to sleep at 10:00. Believe me, I've had bouts of insomnia many times, and this method is the one that works for me.

In a heart attack, the pain or sensation starts in the chest and can travel to either arm, I beleive
but if it is just going numb, it may have been a circulation issue

Don't worry 'bout the pain in your arm, dear, numbness in extremities is normally hypoxia resulting from extended posture irregularities. If you can get used to straightening your lower back up at work, you'll be surprised how strong the muscles become... it even helps blood reach the brain. You're right about the left arm pain for a heart attack, and it would be very acute and sharp... sudden oxygen depletion vs. gradual.
You've said some very humbling things about me in here already, and I thank you for that. I believe you know that I hold you in the highest regard, and as different as we are, that should validate their merit. By the way, once again it's too long since I've seen you last. Soon perhaps. C'est la vie
