So, Minecraft is a thing that I am quickly getting into. So far, I have built a homesteader's cabin, caught a bunch of wild livestock, gathered some chicken eggs, sheared some sheep, chopped down trees, planted saplings, harvested sugar cane, cut the top half off a mountain, terraformed a bunch, built a mud hut with flowers on the roof, re-routed a stream, started a network of light houses, and converted the cabin to a two-story white stone house.

The server is on creator mode, all monsters turned off. It's not a game, it's a sandbox. You can make ANYTHING.

I dig it.

If you want to try it, smile real pretty at [livejournal.com profile] cullyn for our server info.

The server is actually on "Survival Mode" where you only get the resources you mine yourself (or I spawn in for you: magic op powers). Creative mode seems boring to me, you get unlimited blocks of all types. I can run another world for this is anyone is interested.

Oh, I didn't realize. I figured since nothing but gravity wanted to kill me, that it was on easy already. I like things exactly the way they are, although I wish there was a way to tame a wolf on this mode.

You can totally tame a wolf. They are passive animals so they spawn (only in forests). You need bones to feed them to tame em. I can spawn you some since they only drop off zombie mobs.
