Ten Things - Pork Chop Sandwiches!

holly_evolving1 - Took Friday off work to get a filling and get fitted for a mouth guard. I have been grinding my teeth in my sleep again.
2 - Saturday, went to Rakkasah's Spring Caravan with![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
troublesoulmate. Awesome show, awesome shopping.
3 - Sunday, swung by Plainsboro Founder's Day withusertest1123 and troublesoulmate, and met up with lutherm1 and Diane. We farted around for a bit, went out for pizza, and then saw The Avengers. I liked it a bunch.
4 - Warehouse 13 is far, far better than I ever would have expected from the SyFy channel. This is in large part because Saul Rubinek is fucking amazing.
5 - New board of directors is visiting for the next two days, so I have to be dressed all nice. Lame.
6 - Had a kickass lesson on Friday night. Two classes were condensed into one, which was pretty insane, but we all controlled well and there were no collisions...although it's really frustrating when the young riders won't give the horses verbal commands. They cluck, they kick, they crop...seriously, just say the damn words! The horses know them. And don't whisper or mumble, say it! Command and discipline. It bugs me that 11-year-old Gabby (one of those rare children that I like) can do it, but some of these 12 and 13-year-olds can't.
7 - Dropped by the barn on Sunday to snap some photos of Ellie. I should put them on ze photobucket so people who don't have facebook can see them.
8 - I have been having some kind of volition problem. I can't seem to bring myself to do laundry. Or clean. Or any kind of housework. All my energy seems to burn up by 4:00...while I'm stuck at work.
9 - Seamstress who is making my fancy steampunk costume is suffering from some major burnout. I know her issues, so I ain't mad. She won't be able to get it done for SPWF, but that's fine. I wound up having to run around to family stuff during the day on Saturday, so I wasn't going to have much time to show it off anyway. I'll wear it for another event.
10 - This weekend: Mother's Day double header. Next weekend: SPWF. Weekend after that: Quest.
