I suck at hardboiling eggs. Yes, I can make Greek lamb, I can make fabulous marinara from scratch, ditto pesto, I rock at chicken and taters, but a hardboiled egg? I fail at that.

AH! Helpful information. My eggs, while always tasty and perfect in texture, do get that weird green line the article mentions.
