It's actually not all THAT awesome. The death knight in that image is level 55, and the Scarlet Monastery is intended for levels 29-44. I did, however use her to kill every living thing in the place, and she did die once from carelessness (first death running through under-level dungeons). So there's that. It was fun and it looks really awesome.

Of course the real reason I play WoW is for the images.

Actually I was just paralleling the fact that it looks like they're all prostrating themselves before you.

Ah. Well in that case, you're spot on. They are prostrating themselves before me. In that they're all dead.

That scene in the Scarlet Monastery was extra fun as a solo rogue. They all storm into the room and then stand there like idiots when they can't find you.

On the other hand, the weapon racks throughout the armory were more dangerous than any of the inhabitants. My standard tactic was to start every ambush with a shadowstep, which teleports me immediately behind my target. That worked great until I reached the room above.

The guards just outside the door happened to be standing in front of weapon racks. I popped into reality in the quarter-inch gap between the rack and the wall. After killing the guards, I realized I had just run myself out of targets I could have used to shadowstep my way back out.

I eventually had to beg a GM to spring me (this was before they added the /unstick command).

I used a combo of anti-magic zone, plague strike, pestilence, and blood boil to pop them all simultaneously.

Zaa, it was fun.

Thanks for the invitation to your group, but I don't play WoW any more. On the other hand, you said you played for the images…

I'm not sure if you remember “A Rogue's Midsummer Tour of the Alliance”, so here it is again. Maybe it will make sense now that you play the game.
