The Department of Homeland Security plans to use eminent domain to force a struggling family farm to sell land they use for less than it's worth in order to shore up a border crossing that nobody bothers with, rather than just close the crossing. "We'll hold a hearing, but we've already hired a contractor and set up a demarcation line."
