That's a great entry. Exactly the issue and gets to the point... WE NEED REGULATION! Capitalism and a free market are great things, but without proper regs, you are relying on people to be good, decent, human beings. We all know how well that usually works out.

I'm gonna have to call you on that- "there's nothing wrong with capitalism". Just look at the distribution of wealth in this country and the way we propagate exploitation with the wage-incentive axiom.

I agree, there's totally a lot wrong with lying! But that doesn't make capitalism free from criticism.
