It always comes back to China

holly_evolvingNow that China is talking excitedly about developing green engergy, what do we do?
No matter what anyone else in the world does, if China continues to ignore climate change, improvement will be negligible. So this is good, if it's really true.
And if it is true, then the question becomes: Will China be buying green tech from us, or will we be buying it from them?
Everyone is going to need this, and soon. And I think we already owe China enough money.
