Devilled Eggs

So, I'm making devilled eggs for a family gathering this Sunday. I found a nice, simple recipe online that will work for me, but I was wondering if any of y'all had a favorite you'd like to share. If it matters, I will be making them Saturday night and refrigerating, then transporting on Sunday.

I'm not a fan of eggs in general (scrambled, that's it), but I have to say that in the most recent Martha Stewart Living magazine there is a photo of some LOVELY deviled eggs where the whites were dyed magenta using beet juice. Pretty!

I just mix the yolks with mayo and brown mustard. It's the same way I make egg salad.
