The "ghosts" on Clinton Road were an ex of mine and some of his friends dicking with people. One of them even knew how to make stage nooses, (where it looks like you're being hanged, but really you're dropping in a harness. Dangerous, but not fatal if you've been properly trained) which is where the "hanging ghosts" come from.
