You know, the word "neo-McCarthyist" gets thrown around a lot, with varying levels of responsibilities in its use. But here and now, I really believe we are at risk for entering a new McCarthy era, where "communists" are replaced by "people who aren't Real Americans."
I'm a citizen, but I'm an atheist with an education and the capacity for rational thought, so I don't count.
