Aside from my time working at Babies R Us, when I was surrounded on all sides by pro-baby sentiment 6 days a week for 3 years, I've never wanted to be a parent. I felt more of a pull toward the idea in my early twenties, but then I'd remember the work that goes into parenting, and that is just. Not. For. Me. Fortunately, my fiance was already of the same opinion as me.
