How to Keep Bears Out of Human Areas

The report is good, but it absolutely kills me that they had to kill a cub because people intentionally FED it. This isn't the 1950s. Everyone in the country should know by now that you DON'T. FEED. BEARS.

I hope they know who fed that cub so they can be fined or something. Maybe made to clean up bear poop in a zoo.
