The saga of my tooth

So, it broke yesterday. It being my upper left wisdom tooth, which is insanely impacted (as is the lower) and would have come out 9 years ago with the right ones if that had been possible. As the very very nice dentist who looked at it told me, it's in a position that is impossible to clean. Bleagh. I've had the X-rays done, I have a consult with an oral surgeon on Monday. These wisdom teeth MUST. COME OUT. Fortunately, the nerve is not exposed...but it could break more at any time. And if it does...pain. And I'm resistant to most painkillers. So, for now I'm okay, but I'm nervous. And my life is not stopping to let me nurse a damn thing. The move is still on, my car still needs work...

Ugh. Damn you, tooth. Damn you to hell.

Had this happen to me on both upper wisdoms. The good thing is that extractions are generally are cheap and quick. The bad news is if you let it go much longer, well, from experience I can tell you that you don't want to let it go much longer.

Well, I have the consult with the surgeon on Monday. I believe my exact words will probably be, "oh my god GET IT OUT GET IT OUT GETITOUT!"
