I've been trying to surround myself with people as much as I can. I'll call, reach out over email or AIM, and do whatever I can to stay in constant contact with people. My biggest fault when I get down is that I tend to isolate myself and that usually perpetuates the depression. Lately I've been latching onto friends and really leaning on them to help me through and it's worked better than anything I've ever tried in the past. Maybe it could help you too?
