My high school used to do this thunderstorm exercise at pep rallies. It was the only time I think 600 teenagers have ever agreed to do the same thing at the same time. The accent that you're hearing is Slovenian.

This brought a smile to my face! One of the many bands my mother is friends with is Toto, this chorus did a lovely job with their song! I'm going to pass it on to her, I think she'll enjoy it!
