Guess what? Being a nice guy is like being a lady. If you feel the need to say you are, then you are not.

The point is, there is a big difference between being a nice guy and being a Nice Guy. Nice Guys aren't nice at all. Saying you're nice isn't enough to make you nice.

It's a very harsh article, I know. But I think it's more geared to guys who bitch about the psycho chicks they date when they in fact put themselves in the position to find only that type. You are genuinely a good human being, and you don't advertise that. You just live it.

But I know you know "nice guys" on more than one side of the gender equation for whom this exact article applies. I've dated a bunch and moved on.
