Cooking experiment: making honey butter without knowing the ratio. No two web recipes agree.

A few minutes later: Success! I question the necessity of the ratio. The reaction took place with one stick of butter to one large, indeterminate glob of honey. It's now setting in the fridge.

Biscuits: from a can. Condiments: from the land of anachronism. See? I did learn something useful in college.

the recipe I have is: 1/4 per stick of butter
what I actually do is: squirt in the honey until I think there is enough
