There's a point at which all rational avenues have been explored and exhausted. And yet, we're (and by we I mean anyone) still miserable. And I'm not talking "I feel cranky" miserable. I'm talking "I'll never feel good again" miserable. This is lack of seratonin. It's made easier to spot in some people by a craving for chocolate, but not everyone develops this symptom. When this point is reached, there's only one thing to do in order to get back to sanity. Boost the endorphin levels as quickly as possible. While oxcytocin is not seratonin, it's still a good start. Rationality is likely to follow.

I'm so with you on this...I've been down the last few days and Monday and Tuesday I went to the gym, and yesterday ate far more ice cream than I should have, (chocolate) and today I woke up feeling normal again. :)

Are you trying to imply I'm a sad bastard because I crave chocolate? ...well that and all my Morrissey records? :D

Maybe you're just an endorphin junkie.
