Healthier today. Whatever it is seems to have left my sinuses and taken up residence in the right side of my throat and my right ear, but it's lessened. Yay breathing!

I took NyQuil last night. Now, the Q makes me hallucinate when I dream. I have no idea what I was dreaming about this morning, but at 6:30 I woke up because I had bitten through the very edge of my tongue. I am so very very glad that I buy alcohol-free mouthwash. It's still sore, but it's healing.

I will never get my tongue pierced. Yeesh.

Didn't do much Markland this year...and I've felt a lot less stressed. I'm glad I decided to redefine its significance in my life. The members who matter have stayed in touch with me. The ones who don't haven't bothered. I'm feeling a lot freer.
