Nov. 20th, 2007 08:52 amI have seasonal affective disorder, PMS, and a cold--be nice to me today, world.
Normally, none of the above really affects me. None is that bad for me by itself; the S.A.D. is pretty severe, but it manifests as "oh it's dark I need to sleep now" not emotional depression (I am in the EXTREMELY lucky minority here). But all three at once? Bleh.
I love how the acronym for seasonal affective disorder is S.A.D.
Q: "What's your problem?"
A: "I have SAD."
Q: "Don't you mean you are sad?"
A: "No, I have SAD. Works out to the same thing, really."
