Decision of the weekend: from now on, no trips to the PA Renn Faire grounds unless I can afford to book a hotel for the weekend. The drive to the Celtic Fling yesterday should have taken 3 hours. It took 5. It was a good bunch of shows, and I FINALLY got a Tartan Terrors CD, but I have a sinus infection which did not play nice with my Claritin, and the heat and sun were killer. Managed to avoid sunburn, except on my nose. I did get to see Eileen Ivers, though. It was Rachel and Pierre's engagement party (go them!). And it was a date with Craig, which is worth just about anything.

Dinner at the Great American diner was nummy. Go me for figuring out the new PA turnpike rules on the first try.

Central air at home appears to be broken, so I'm at mom's.

Like of the day: skirt steak.

Sure will. Sorry I didn't put up any advanced notice about this one...but late June is waaaayyy too nasty for me to be going to a Faire again. Icky.
