For the twit-ness

holly_evolvingSo, I want to change my twitter design. For free. So I go to edit my profile, and click another design option. And twitter tells me that page doesn't exist. Which makes me sadface.
Clearly, there is a super seekrit way to do this, a way to which I am not privy. Halp?
