That's how the Russians stopped leaking oil wells in the Soviet era. 5 deployments with an 80% success rate. I wonder how they came up with that rate? Did only 4 work?

Of course, that WOULD be a major treaty violation. Also, I'm pretty sure that's insane. Then again, 4 out of 5 is better than 0 out of 5...
