I think it means the healthcare industry is now subject to monopoly laws. I shudder at the thought of a single, massive corporation approving my healthcare decisions.

It's disheartening: I spoke to a friend of mine who works for a health insurance management company, and there aren't any insurance monopolies now. Some companies are close, but they all manage to stay just within non-monopoly status anyway. So they already know how to skirt this one. This law doesn't change a damn thing.
