I had a purple potato last night

wolf_nd_shadows gave me two purple potatoes as a housewarming gift. Jason was over last night, so for part of our dinner I baked them in the microwave (cause I'm LAZY). They were AWESOME! I should have put them in for a bit longer, since I did two at once; next time I'll try 7 minutes for two instead of 6. Then I let them passively cook (read: sit there in the microwave, steaming themselves) for another 5. I had mine with butter and dry grocery store herbs (celery flakes, onion powder, tarragon, marjoram, parsley, and thyme). YUMYUMYUM.
