Ten Things - My brain is melting
May. 29th, 2012 09:14 am1 -Wondering just how many people are still talking about me like it's 2003. Weird.
2 - This weekend felt really incomplete. I didn't see as much as I wanted to of anyone.
3 - Was introduced to a fabulous all-you-can-eat sushi place in Somerset. A++, would nom again.
4 - Rode a new horse on Friday afternoon, a Morgan named Dede. Switching from a Friesian mix to a Morgan is like switching from a diesel pickup truck to a drift car.
5 - Wizard World Comic Con in Philly this Saturday, and possibly my first Dorian's Parlor after.
6 - Fuck, I really hope this gossipy woman isn't being listened to. I am too old for this kind of thing.
7 - Apparently the dept of vital statistics didn't get my faxed driver's license on Friday. I will be irked if I have to pay them again. Need my long-form birth certificate to get my passport.
8 - In theory, I'm getting training on some accounting stuff today. If the accounting assistant has time. She needs to train me to help her so she can have the time to train me to help her. The vicious cycle of under-staffing.
9 - Reading another Tiffany Aching story set in Discworld. She may be my new favorite witch.
10 - New work policy: I can now take my vacation days in blocks smaller than 5 days at a time. Woo!
