Jul. 1st, 2010 11:32 amGetting some cats adopted. My superintendent wound up fostering some kittens and their mom when she (then pregnant) was abandoned after a tenant moved out. He (the super) thought he'd lined up a rescue but...it was actually some jerk who was going to sell them to a lab. So no dice. Thus far a couple of people have sounded like they might maybe be interested, but if I've learned anything in the last 30 years, it's that you never rely on "I'm going to..." until it's happened. I have trust issues. They're for a good reason.
Moving on.
So a pet rescue called A Few Paws in Hightstown, NJ said that while they were full up, super and his wife were welcome to participate in their adoption days at a local farmer's market. So that's a plus. I'm also going to be working on some photos of them and a video to put online tonight.
They are so damn cute.
