I just saw my first luna moth, right outside my window. Guess she's too big for the bats.

Apartment is coming along. It would help, though, if I had a vacuum. The little handheld Shark is better than nothing, but it's slow going. Almost all of my dustcatchers are in the curio cabinets, and I think the rest can wait till tomorrow. Nice to have my dad's pipes on display again. Even nicer to not have to dust them anymore. Yay 176 pounds of glass!

Getting used to being alone. New roomie has paid rent for the month, but won't actually be in for a while. I really think he's waiting till we can rent a carpet steamer. I should look into it; he wasn't any part of the creating of the mess. Being alone is harder on Mudflap than it is on me; he's had no company while I'm at work. Roomie's cat will be good for him, once they adjust to each other.

Got two new accounts in the last 4 workdays. Phew. I'm continuously at my absolute limits there, which is really the only way to keep me interested. The environment is challenging and stimulating, my coworkers are great, and I'm inching ahead financially.

Laundromat tomorrow. I called the trip today on account of rain.
