You know, FICA takes more out of my pay that any other deduction. That's the fund for Social Securtiy, Medicare...programs that will never benefit me. By the time I'm in my 60s, they may even be defunct. So I'd relish the opportunity to opt out of them (one of the few Bush proposals I've supported was that very thing). I have an IRA (an anemic, anemic IRA) that I could contribute funds to...when I feel financially ready to. Which I'm currently not.

I want my money.
