West Windsor Continues
Apr. 22nd, 2005 10:59 pmOk kids, here's the deal. Craig and I are going to get the particulars from the Windsor Lions Club on having a fire of our own, and we're going to have a mini-kitchen for anyone, Circle or not. But we MUST KNOW by May 4:
--Who's going to be there when. Site opens to campers on Friday night and closes Sunday afternoon.
--Who has special dietary needs, such as allergies and vegetarianism (looks at
cyanidetablet).
--Any special requests.
Yes,
alphafemale1, there will be room for your whole bellydance crew, as long as we know SOMETHING by May 4.
Saturday night feast will be chicken stew over rice. Saturday lunch will be vegetarian pasta--lunch isn't going to be a big deal because the faire will be running and so it's not customary, but Craig wants it and he's cooking. He'll probably share if you "convince" him.
Bread, fruit, cheese, and oatmeal will be available at all times, as will water. We will not provide alcohol. The cost is yet to be determined, but won't be much...the more people, the less each has to pay. It will cover each for the whole weekend.
Everyone should still bring at least one gallon of water per day for themselves. There is running water on site, but I cannot testify as to its drinkability.
Keep in mind, it's May 21 and 22, and the night of the 20th. The sooner we hear from y'all, the sooner we can start planning, the better it will be.
