I have a friend who is shy. You'd never know it. He acts boldly and he speaks freely and well on anything that matters to him. He teaches--not in a classroom, but in the world. He throws his heart open for the whole world to look in.
And this terrifies him every time. He is true to himself always and in all ways because it is right to be so. He acts unafraid because courage is right.
His name is Cliff Barany. I haven't heard from him in some time and I am worried.
I am working up the courage to call him.
