Guess what! That xmas stocking allows anonymous "presents," which is how I wound up with a really nasty note on mine. Some people just have to ruin other people's fun.

It's the same basic concept as potential terrorists using shampoo bottles and making the rest of us have to check every fucking bag we ever take on a plane forever and ever. The same concept also makes children immensely happy when they kick their mobiles and make them move. We all want to affect the world around us, but some of us just want to do it in ways that actually matter.

That's horrible. Whenever you think there's a bottom to the depth of human expression ... you find something else that makes you despair. I find that writing about things that get you down can help.

Also blasting things in a catharthic fashion in various computer games. The two extremes of emotional expression, writing naturally has more "upmarket street cred".

Not everyone is a tool. That's what I keep telling myself every morning to get out of bed :P

Erm? If it would help, I can put something in your stocking to make up for it? No idea how. Just, y'know, if you think it would help.

Or I could dance like a monkey if that'd be better.

was it a random troll or a spineless coward who has to resort to gossip and backstabbing?

Fortunately, I can just choose not to put things on my journal that allow people to leave messages outside of the comment format.

Fuckers.

I like it when people dance like monkeys. I prefer the writing things down, hence the LJ. It's not like I could really write poetry or prose about someone leaving a nasty note through a backdoor in my journal. I'm sure somone could, but I couldn't. Besides, computer games are for people who will never see me naked. Since I plan on seeing myself naked again (in the shower, at least), I can't play computer games.

Well, if it weren't anonymous, I would know.
