I already have one mother I don't listen to, people. More will not increase the odds in favor of my doing anything differently. Some people should just learn to shut up and quit trying to convince me that I haven't taken everything into consideration. I have. The gains outweigh the risks to anyone who knows what love is.

Craig is sick. I've been to visit him every day. I am not sick. I do not assume that I will not get sick; I simply don't care. I can avoid the unknown illness, or I can spend time with my love. I made my choice, and it's my right as an adult with a brain to have that choice respected.

Huzzah to you good lady. Take care of your man as only one who loves and cares about him can. I for one applaud you dear lady.

Just remember to bring your galoshes. Oh, and a hankerchief or a towel. When you check on sick people you should always bring a towel.

Towlie you're the worst character ever!

*gives you vitamin C, chicken noodle soup, and lemon-ginger Yogi tea (organic, you know)...then bundles some up for Craig*

That should help. Hope he's feeling better, and I hope you stay healthy. I, personally, have suffered many an illness caught from nursing loved ones back to health. I've sat in my brother's bed to keep him company while he laid limp over a bucket waiting to be sick. I've slept in my mom's bathroom on the floor so she wouldn't have to be alone while she was sick, too. I've gotten up in the middle of the night to cradle the pounding head of a coughing and sick boyfriend.

I understand. Anyone who doesn't is stupid or otherwise very unlucky to never have loved someone enough to do that.

I think this is an inherant truth to the universe that too many people ignore in the name of "better judgment"... And I often wonder if said judgment is better at all, when the people who use it often seem so empty and sad.

There are always risks. Some things are just worth them.

I knew there was a reason I love you people! Actually, there are lots of them.
