Halfway there

Seven more treatments and Mudflap is done.  His ears already look fine, so we're officially in the "making sure" stage.  He's been such a good boy.  I never would have believed that a cat would sit so still and be so tolerant of having stinky pH wash and steroid cream squirted into his ears.  He doesn't even get mad at me; 30 seconds later we're sitting together on the floor while I feed him treats, and he still wants to climb under the covers when I sleep.

Aw, he sounds like a sweetie. My cat's gotten a lot better about her meds, she doesn't fight the eye cream anymore. She still yowls like crazy when I clip her nails though. Do they ever get used to that?

I dunno...he's pretty calm with everything I do. He lets me cut his nails with no problem. It's pretty much a matter of pinnng him comfortably and working fast. I got lucky with him; most cats I know hate it. I even knew a lady who cut her cat's nails while the cat was sleeping.
