Petty? Vindication

So, Craig (evil ex) dumped Tammy for Ariane. Tammy is a nice girl, a mother of three, and financially not in a great place. She's also very close with one of my other good friends, Kelly, who introduced Tammy and Craig (not realizing what a schmuck Craig is).

There's no proof that he cheated on Tammy. Just like there's no proof that he cheated on me. Just like there's no proof that he cheated on Christine (although I know he did because it was WITH me; I didn't know he was taken).

And Ariane is the ex-girlfriend of one of Craig's best friends.

I feel badly for Tammy, because she's a nice girl. But really, anyone could have seen this coming.

I don't think I'm a bad person for finding this all terribly fucking funny.

I think it's funny. But then I was dumped for a friend. So far he hasn't dumped her (but I'm sure it will happen) and I'm fully aware of how much better off I am without him :)

Precisely. Plus it's a bit vindicating...Craig doesn't date girls from among his circle of friends (cause they all know better) but Tammy was close, and a lot of them don't speak to him anymore.
