Yoinked from UnseelieQueen
1. What's on your bedside table?
Redwall by Brian Jacques. A bunch of little china animals from my childhood. A full-size lamp. A jewelry cabinet. My cell phone. A pair of mismatched barettes. A little wicker basket of miscellaneous jewelry, bookmarks, and coins.
2. What's the geekiest part of your music collection?
Ululating Mummies: "Sacred Snack"
3. What do you eat when you raid the fridge at night?
Cookies, pasta, or ice cream...good thing I don't often.
4. What is your secret guarateed weeping film?
The more I see a movie, the less it makes me cry. Still, "Stepmom" hasn't worn off on me yet.
5. If you could have plastic surgery, what would you have done?
None. I'd get lasik in a hearbeat if I could afford it, though. And I'd get rid of these pesky last two wisdom teeth.
6. Do you have a completely irrational fear?
Police officers. Not a good one to have.
7. What is the little physical habit that gives away your insecure moments?
I stutter and look down.
8. Do you ever have to beg?
Yes, but only in play. ;)
9. Do you have too many love interests?
Once upon a time. But now I have a true one.
10. Do you know anyone famous?
Yep, but who cares?
11. Describe your bed.
Two twin beds side by side. Hmm, this is a boring one.
12. Spontaneous or plan?
Occasionally, I plan. But it never bothers me when my plans change.
13. Who should play you in a movie about your life?
Rose McGowan. Not that I look like her, but I've seen her play enough varied characters that I think she could pull off my schizophrenic evolution.
14. Do you know how to play poker?
Yes and no. I can play the game, but I have NO clue as to how to bet.
15. What do you carry with you at all times?
Wallet & cell phone (although the electric leash is usually in the car anymore).
16. How do you drive?
Like someone who was taught to drive by someone who used to streetrace. Oh wait, I was.
17. What do you miss most about being little?
Having all the time in the world. Math being easy. Also, I don't miss not knowing I'm weird (I've known since I was five), but I forget what that was like and it would be interesting to remember feeling normal so that I could compare.
18. Are you happy with your given name?
I love it. It fits me exactly. Nevermind its meaning, it is me by the sheer phonetic appropriateness.
19. What color is your bedroom?
The overall theme is mauve, white, and green, but I try to bust it up with clashing colors wherever possible.
20. What is the last song to which you were listening?
"All at Sea" by Jamie Cullum. Playing on 107.1 on the way home from Bar #2.
21. Have you ever been in a school play?
At every opportunity in high school. In college I left it to people who were (usually) far better at it than I, and stuck to ushering to get in for free.
22. Have you ever been in love?
I like Mary's answer. "Yes, but not as many times as I once thought". Right now, I definately am. And I have no idea who Mary is. Thanks, Mary!
23. Do you like yourself and believe in yourself?
Far more than I used to, and far less than I used to pretend to. Still working on it, though.
24. Have you ever done any illegal drugs?
Yep. I was a pothead in college.
25. Do you think you are cute?
Sometimes. Not as often as I'm told I am.
26. Do you consider yourself a nice person?
I sure hope I am. Some people say I am. I do my best, but it's really really hard when someone really deserves a good reaming. I'm nicer than I used to be. I'm happier and I care less about unneccessary bullshit.
